The LK series features a two-stage drive section with a highly reliable worm gear. The design goal was to achieve maximum wear resistance in continuous operation. The result is a compact and rigid mechanism. Possibility of outdoor installation thanks to a completely enclosed oil bath.

Various Typs and material
Fitting for nearly any application a various number of pump sizes are available. Moreover six different material combinations can be choosed for the pump heads. So most applications can be covered. To select to best fitting connection, flange, hose and pipe connections are available as standard.
Wide performance range
The LK range enclose in total 17 pumps up to 45 l/min. Reliability is considerably enhanced through efforts to improve the linearity of the stroke / discharge ratio and ensures a safe and constant flow. The acurracy (stability) is within ± 2 %.
Easy maintenance
The simple pump construction as well as the limited quantity of parts guarantee easy maintenance and repair.

Advantages
High Performance and Application-Oriented Versatile Design
Discharge accuracy (stability) is within ±2% FS. Reliability is considerably enhanced through efforts to improve the linearity of the stroke / discharge ratio as well as the dispersion between stroke. Three types of joints flange, hose and union joints are standardized for the connections. The optimum piping system can be selected. (Only with 0.2 kW IWAKI original motor type)
Highly Durable Pump Drive Unit
The pumps in this series use a worm-gear-type speed reducer which, though compact, is highly rugged and reliable. Since this unit is fully closed, oil-bath lubricating type, it can be installed outdoors. At the same time, it exhibits superior durability over long-term continuous operations.
