item® Fastening Technology for Lean Production systems provides fast and reliable connections between D30 profile tubes, smooth tubes and slot profiles within a single structure.
Specially developed fastening components enable the creation of racks, transport trolleys, workstations, FIFO systems and other lean production solutions without welding or complex machining. High clamping forces ensure structural stability even under intensive use, while the connector design compensates for manufacturing tolerances and simplifies assembly.
One of the key advantages of the system is the automatic creation of ESD-safe electrical contact between components, making it suitable for environments with increased requirements for electrostatic discharge protection.
