item® caps and cover profiles are essential components of the Lean Production Building Kit System, designed to improve operational safety, enhance the appearance of structures and extend the functionality of D30 profile tubes and components.
Protective end caps seal open profile and tube ends, helping prevent injuries while protecting the interior of the structure from dust, dirt and contamination.
Cover profiles are used to close open grooves and channels in profile tubes, creating a clean and professional appearance while providing additional protection against dust and mechanical impact. They can also be used for visual identification and color coding of work areas, production zones and logistics routes in accordance with Lean Production principles.
Thanks to their simple installation, all components can be fitted quickly without additional machining and can be used both in new constructions and when upgrading existing systems.
