The Mechrail™ system is built around precision-engineered aluminium profiles that offer an optimal ratio between weight and rigidity. The anodized surface ensures long-term durability and low friction. Carriages equipped with high-quality bearings guarantee smooth and silent movement along the rail, enabling operators to handle loads with very little physical effort.

The modular construction allows the system to be configured as single-rail, double-rail, monorail, bridge crane, or articulated jib crane. Mechrail™ profiles can be combined with electric or pneumatic hoists, vacuum tube lifters or air-powered balancers. Integrated safety stops, end-caps and standardized mounting accessories ensure fast installation and reliable operation.
