The Series 720 valves are available in 2/2 and 3/2 configurations, in either normally closed (NC) or normally open (NO) versions. The pressure range varies by model, from 0 to 8 bar, and up to 10⁻⁵ Torr for vacuum versions. The valve can achieve flow rates of up to 100 Nl/min.
The standard version requires only 7 ms to open and 3 ms to close. In the Speed-Up version, the Matrix valve completes the entire switching process—both opening and closing—in just 2 ms. Series 720 valves can operate at frequencies of up to 300 Hz.
